Kirk Holland is the founder and CEO of JDK Developments Limited. He oversees the organizations standards and policies ensuring regulatory compliances, while establishing and maintaining Client Relations and Services, through consultation, Support and delivery.
With over 25 years of hands-on and diverse experience, Mr. Holland is a seasoned Master Electrician and Renovation/Building Specialist known for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and reliable solutions across both residential and commercial projects. His extensive expertise spans everything from complex electrical systems and code compliance to full-scale renovations and project management.
Throughout his career, Mr. Holland has built a reputation for precision, integrity, and problem-solving, working closely with homeowners, business owners, contractors, and developers to bring their visions to life—safely, efficiently, and on budget.
